Neyzar Qom Cement Company is a subsidiary of Espandar Holding, which is the only cement holding belonging to the private sector of the country.

Neyzar Qom Cement Company (privately held) was established in 2012 and has been producing all types of gray cement in types one, two, five and limestone and masonry cement with the best quality since October 2010.

The cement production capacity in Qom’s Neyzar factory is one million tons of gray cement per year and this unit is the only cement producing unit in Qom province due to its privileged geographical location, mines rich in raw materials, modern cement production technology and also the use of Specialist personnel and process optimization have been able to play a distinguished role in meeting the country’s cement needs by producing and selling products in accordance with the needs of consumers and gain currency for our dear country.

The technology used in the production of the company’s equipment is the latest technology (Plisius, Germany, 2006) used in the country’s cement industry, and all energy and environmental indicators are observed in the best way.

Neyzar Qom Cement Company has IMS certificates including ISO9001-2015, ISO14001-2015 and ISO45001-2018 as well as ISO50001-2018 certificate in energy management from NACI. Also, Neyzar Qom Cement Company was able to be recognized as a reference laboratory for cement and concrete by obtaining the specialized certificate of laboratory qualification 17025 from the National Center of Qualification of Standard Organization.
